please if there is anyone out there i have an assessment task due tomoz and well i have to get ti finished
but i need to know what energy systems are used in
swimming
interval sprinting using 100% heart rate and speed
jogging (light)
and a circuit program with 10 stations, 30 seconds for each with 10 sec rest inbetween each..
please if you can help please please i am pleading with you

The whole point of YOU having an assessment is that YOU do it. Maybe if you didn't wait till the last day you would have more time to look up the answers.

You should just sit down and think about it logically.

Get a piece of paper, and write down the duration of the activity, then the intensity. Then match it up to the energy system which would cover that activity.

e.g. if u have a shotputer, the duration is like 1-2 seconds and the intensity is a short maximal one. Therefore i can tell that the ATP-PC system is being used.

If you do this, you cant go wrong. In your assignment make sure you include what your assumptions are (e.g. for the jog you could assume this is 65% of max). This way your teacher will mark you based on your assumptions because it proves you have an understanding of the systems.

As was said above, we havent hung around on this site after our HSC finished just to do assessments for people. We are here because we have done the course and we know that there are some aspects that people have trouble with and we may be able to give them some direction. Just so everyone knows (i am not picking on you angel fire) but we arent here to be abused for knowledge because people cant be bothered doing research for something, or even looking at the resources page.

i understand where you are coming from. I didn't expect any one to do my assessment for me at all. I stayed up all night to do it my self. The only reason i asked is that I don't understand the energy systems and this is the reason I could not answer this section of my assessment task. I am soz but you didn't have to reply if you didn't want to, and i wasn't abusing anything. I didn't leave anything to the last minute I have been working on it for the whole duration, it is just that i left the harder bit till last and didn't expect it to be so difficult for me.. So please don't think i was abusing anything at all. i respect that you are all willing to help but i am sorry but i can't help if I don't understand something and as much as i searched I still didn't understand it, i thought this was the place to ask.. I wasn't asking anyone to do my assessment at all... I am soz but I was just asking a quick question. It paniced because it is worth 20% and I didn't know what to put just needed a little assistance that is all.

As i said above, i didnt mean for it to sound like i was picking on you. I just wanted to make people aware that it is important that you develop your own research skills. I get really annoyed when someone posts that they 'cant find any info' on something and i type it into google and the first page that comes up describes it down to a tee.
Just be aware that it can come across like people are abusing this site, when with every assessment task they get, they post it up asking people to get information for them. A better aproach would be to do the assignment and then PM a few of the people who tend to help out a fair bit in the forum so they can have a read and if you are way off with something, give you some advice.
Again, i am not attacking you at all, i know how stressful it can be when u have an assessment task and you dont get it at all. So just try to be more aware with ur posts on here
