You could do combined Arts/Bachelor of Education - Secondary, just sub-specialise in English and drama. Sydney Uni has that, I think.
That's probably the easiest way of going about it.
Otherwise, at UWS you have to do a three-year Arts degree - which is where you'd do the English and Drama part - and then a one-year Dip. Ed.
Cut-off depends on where you do it. I think the secondary teaching cut-off at Sydney is around 85-ish.
