Firstly, i study my masters im a smart ingelligent type of guy. Im not a trouble maker and i dont take part in illegal activies.

Secondly, the pple who stabbed me..other ppple in the group...were yelling out shoot him.....as in shoot me.

I wasnt in the mood to talk when that happpened, and i couidlnt be bothered talking with the police...cos i know how things work..................unless u get killled.....or capture the guy urself...the police dont investigate it.

But after that...............for the most part i would find it nearly impossible to talk to the police again. It made a very difficult situation 10 x worse. I know they mite have had good intenti8ons to help the community or whatever - but after you think ur about to die ..and then to have ppple probing u..and almost standing over you making you do stufff --------- its a terrible feeling.

Thirdly, relating to the looking in my bag...i didnt do anything wrong... so why should i ahve my privacy violated..and why should i have to be spoken to rudely - because there is a slight chance i did something wrong.

If a cop is rude to me....i should have the right to say whatever i like back...and be immune from punishment within reason. If she was polite id be nice..but if shes rude she shouldnt expect me to be nice just cos she has a badge.

If she did her job properly..if there was a robbery.........she should have got a proper discription and relised i wasnt the person she was looking for etc or whatever.

and at the end of it she should apologse for wasting my time and being a bitch.

and lastly no...the police shouldnt be able to intimidate, yell at or push people just because they might have some information that might be able to help the police. In the case i refered to...it was relating to something small being stolen and by all accounts not by the guy being questioned however it was suggested he might know the person etc ----------------------So i dont think thats reasonable to abuse someone..........who did nothing wrong.

I think vigilante justice is ok......as long as the person hasnt beeen punished by the courts for the crime..............and u are 50000000000% sure the person is guilty.

If we are being honest, the police in most cases cant defend u or protect u ---- plenty of ppple who take out avos etc..are killed by the person....

so i think its acceptable to take measures to take the law into ur own hands for some people or even break the law. If pple are trying to kill u............you cant blame some ppple for having guns etc.

you keep saying that you know how the police system works,
cos i know how things work..................unless u get killled.....or capture the guy urself...the police dont investigate it.
how do you know this? from movies or tv shows?

dont generalise an entire police force based on your one or two experiences, if i had the same mentality i could say that all taxi drivers a cockheads just because of a few that were. of course some cops have the power goto their head, that happens in every job that entails a high level of responsibility.
in the case where you got stabbed, the police have to gather information then and there, because if it is left for too long, witnesses can get corrupted, or could leave the city and be uncontactable, or simply one of the guys who did it could just run away. its their job to get the person who is responsible of the crime, and if you think that preventing being inconvienced or bothered by police outweighs catching the guy who STABBED you, then youve got issues.

I dont have an intricate knowledge of the entire policing system. but alot of crimes are not really investigated at alll. They just go and gather dust.

Im not saying all police are pieces of shit etc-

My point is sometimes some police are pricks......................and if they are...they deserve a taste of there own medicine.

If police are rude, swear, or push at innocnet pppple --- i dont think its wrong..for ppple to do it back.

Dont u agreee, that they are meant to enforce the laws..so at a minimum they should follow the laws.

obviously...they can carry a gun and speed........im not talking about that..

like in court...u can have polices words against an alleged criminal --- why should police be so much more believable, when its known police have lined and in carrying out there job..they often are required to lie.

Im talking about police being accountable.....and the community not looosing sight that the police are just ppple and in so many cases they are just as immoral as the criminals?

Lastly, if someone has a crime commited against them...ie myself..i think its my right to talk to the police or refuse to talk to them. its up to me to make that judgement not them why should i be intimidated or pushed around by the police. If you had a traumatic experience..and then right afterwards..when ur minds fucked- u have ppple probing and all that...and you cant go anywhere cos ur stuck in a bed.... that makes the experience alot worse. Its like having salt rubbed into ur wounds.

Tatood guy, youre a fucking idiot. Take your bullshit stereotypes elsewhere. You know absolutely nothing about the people who put their lives on the line everyday to protect people such as yourself. Show some respect. I might add vigilante justice doesnt work. An eye for an eye and the world is blind.

Tommy im sorry to hear what happened to your Grandad.

you ppple are fucked in the head.

all i have said.is police should be accountable under the law.

Police are so over rated.....there not as good or as important.. as you make out.

U think being a policeman is dangerious????? in more than 100 years only 250 have died ........thats nothing.................and most of those are probably from car crashes.

And some of those kill themselves etc...........with there police guns etc........that is a huge crime to me..........mis using ur police gun. that shows u..what sort of ppple police are......................................thats a criminal act - misusing ur gun like that..but they dont care......................cos there cops and they are above the law.

Once again..police showing a blantant disregard for the law as usual.

In most cases i dont believe in vigilante justice.......however............there are many cases..where if ppple took the law into there own hands.....rather than relying on the cops...they would still be alive.....
I think vigilante justice is morally acceptable in many circumstances.

How can you say that police are overrated and not as good or as important as people think, if they werent around, who would keep crimes in check? the militia?

tattoodguy your obviously childish and ignorant of the facts and refuse to change your ridiculous mentality, so this will be my last post in these threads unless you really put forth a strong argument.
