So my HSC results have just come out, and it doesn't seem at all likely that I'll end up with the 80+ needed to enter the Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Sciences course at UTS. However, I am considering entering the same course at ACPE, after being told by a friend that I can transfer after one year. Would I be able to transfer? And what are the chances that I am stuck at ACPE? Also, any other information you can provide about transferring would be very, very helpful, since I'm in a really panicky state right now...
THANK YOU

When you actually receive your ATAR, then you can decide on which path to take. If your ATAR is insufficient, then yes there is a transfer option. I wouldn't recommend you to take that course in ACPE, because I'm not sure if UTS will actually recognise it. Try contacting them first to remove any doubts. For the meantime, you can consider UWS or ACU. For UWS, they throw away tonnes of bonus points. For ACU, the 2013 ATAR required was 74.45. Remember that if you want to transfer, you need at least credit-average to be on the "safe-side" for a course with a requirement of 80.
