imma try remember 2 contemp issues too but i remember seeing a qn that specified birth tech (or maybe it was just a qn my teacher made up for my class) but honestly if that happened id probably just choose the other one
yep that was a hsc q, its usually one general one specific

i do law reform so i look at advo, ssm, parental respons and care + protection
