I think its other way around i.e. A10 is better than A1. Most of my class (Maths 1 ) got A10, so thats why i think its like that.

I was told the possible grades are A10, A9, B8, B7, C6, C5, D4, D3, E2, E1.

They're from A to E (or D?) on a scale of 1 to 10 e.g A person receiving an A can receive anything from A1 (the highest possible grade) to an A10 (a low-A,but nevertheless still fantastic).
Or at least this is what I have gathered..plz correct me if I'm wrong

The highest grade is an A10, followed by an A9, then it goes to a B8, B7, C6 etc etc.

I was really happy with all my results. Congrats to everyone else on the board as well, sounds as tho people generally got the results they were hoping for

well, im suzies sister, but i cant get my user name thing to work.

English: 92 - band 6
Science: 91 - band 6
Maths: 87 - band 5 ( i was a bit angry because i made really stupid mistakes)
History: 88 - band 5
Geography: 77 - band 4 ( i am geographically challenged - in trials i thought melbourne was in upper nsw)
computers: ? - but i got highly compenent.

That is amazing, congrats! No one in my entire grade got an A10 for Maths. The highest was A9, & only 1 person got that. Everyone else received Bs & Cs.

How'd everyone else go with the grades?

well ii havent gotten the results officially but ive found out that :

maths : 91 - BAND 6 WOOOO !!
computing : 90 - YAYS ! =]

im hoping to get good in english & science .. * crosses fingers *

I'm happy with what I got...I knew I did really badly in Civics and Citizenship so I was really happy with a 4 for Geography. I was really suprised in Science...a band 5?! Goshh I thought I would have gotten a 3

so overall SATISFACTORY =)
