your results look really good... but are they an accurate portrayal of how well youre actually doing? how do you compare to the average?

at my school, a good mark for most subjects was 70-80 % because the averages were so low... our trials were marked so hard!!!!

i got in the 60-70 range for all mine and im damn proud!

thats why its pointless to compare marks........we were all marked differently, even those of us that did the same exams

Well I know in English they marked by the schools criteria
and in subjects like physics teachers werent happy with some of the answers so marked people by their own guidelines

I predict for myself sub 70% in all my subbies. Maybe a sub 60 in english i'm kinda not that great at it.

It's alright i guess, considering my school averages around 65-75.

But in context, not that great since i want to do combined law at Usyd or UNSW.

FINALLY! I get all my trial results back today! :)

I faired better than i thought i would have, considering the amount of time i spent.. procrastinating and not studying.

At most i think i started studying for a subject 2 days before the exam. English i was doign 2 weeks prior because i really hate it, and wanted to go well in it!

4u - 91/120 6th
3u - 78/84 8th
Eng Adv - 93/105 6th
Phys - 87.5/100 4th
Chem - 78/100 7th
Mod His - 86/100 6th.

Amazinly my english was better than my maths.

Should I be happy with my marks? I'm not really sure, with the amount of work i put into it, i should be estactic. However, i still dont' feel i'm performing at my full potential (however wanky that sounds) :D

I go to Hurlstone.

Seriously, i was SOOO suprised when i got my marks back.

My history teacher went off at me for not trying very hard, and still going so well. Because i pretty much told him before the exam, History wasn't going to count, so i wasn't going to study for it.
