My sister booked herself and I into the sydney uni one, and we were bored as hell after the 3 hours. Its good though because it forces you to revise especially if you lack the motivation (e.g. I).

The last 30 minutes though we counted so many people sleeping. Literally asleep.

they're only doing 2 of the 3 core topics anyway, i think they skip project work or something, none of the option topics....i rkn they shoulda done multimedia because most schools choose that.

Yeah they skip project work but they give you a booklet containing a concise summary fo all the 3 core topics.

I just got home from the Uni Syd one after maths tutor,

pretty good intense course overview in like ~3 hours. Option topics would've been nice. I have the book of notes and will scan/upload to pc if any want to share.
