i think it would be so much harder if it were an interview with the composers of both texts because you dont know the view of the composer how he wanted it to mean exactly so how do you do an essay like that?

urrrrmm..it was ....

imagin u are a keynote speaker at a sci-fi convention with its main focus on the future directions for humanity

your speech titles "the future! will man survive to tell the tale?"

discuss the relationship between nature and humanity and compare the predicted views of the future provided by both composers and their texts.

....really, a speech is an essay with some inclusion of the audience

Last year was pretty generic wasn't it? It was something like "how have the texts illuminated your perception of 'the wild'?"

Last years was an open ended essay. I'm hoping for the same again. Speeches, transcripts and all that jazz just irk me.

if it were an interview, it wouldnt be an essay

umm... with your actual question, Its hard to explain

I just think if they use a challenging question
it'll really distinguish between people that have
practiced and those who havent...
