Nah, only those who combine with Maths or Comp (it's an elective for them). If you do it in semester 2, it'll be hard to get a Hd. Too many actuarials means getting high marks is hard (that's what happened in Math235 d1 2004 - there was about 20% actuarials, and 5% of people got Hds)
