guys what is the difference between developmental and administrative performance management?
developmental: long term focus on individual needs of the employees, building on strengths and overcoming individual skill weaknesses
administrative: short term focus on the needs of a business as a whole, assists in hr planning

its business bruv chill out the worst thing you can get asked is a cheeky little marketing mix
yeah but like it is the one exam where I can't really prepare for on low time, like I'm gonna have an early night, go to bed at 8:30, so I got 2 hours of study, 1 hour in the morning, and I don't know what to do, like I just want to get above 70 but I don't think I will

my cohort average is like b5 so I think I'm chilling, naw you can at least get 75
I got 74 for trials, 72 before I appealed to teacher, I am ranked 4th out of 24, and maybe 5 people will get above 80, and at least a quarter will fail

hey guys is induction under acquisition or development for HR
induction is under development, you would only given someone an induction once you have actually aquired/hired them into the business
