when you write down ur preferences for university how do you signal you want EAS for that particular course ?

you dont signal it.

UAC knows.

so i just write it down like anyone else would, and UAC will just understand that i expect EAS for each particular course?

provided you got the acknowledgement letter from UAC saying they recognised your EAS application

say i didn't put a prefernce in for UTS now, but put it later. Does the EAS still get counted? When will i kno if my EAS has been accepted?

yes, the EAS will be counted. It will always be counted for you.

As for the EAS acknowledgement letter, if you applied before Sep 29 you should receive one before November. I got mine about 3 weeks ago. If you're concerned go call them up.

To another matter, where do you say that you would like to defer. I couldnt find anything on it on the original application.

ok yep i was wondering the same thing...like how to defer...
but i have a vauge recollection of hearing tht possibly you defer once your application has been accepted...hay, i could be wrong, but it seems logical? yes?

Actually now that i come to think of it....i remember hearing that about deferment as well!
