hey just wondering if neone could direct me to sites whihch would help with the following....

choose one of these scenarios -
1) a migrant to aus from chile six months ago
2) adult wiht mental age of 7
3) a deaf person
4) an Aboriginal amn who lives in the city
5) a woman who has just completed her HSC

research iussues wiht regards to a scenario above
- what acces to legal assistance in Aus would they have
- what are diffciulties/probs with such assistance
- with reference to law justice and sopciety how does the legal system work to either support or harm ppl in this situation? does the law relfect their culture and values
how would a person in this situation go about resolving a dispute with their next door negihbour? what rights and responsibilites would they have?

and i'm sure that that heinemann legal textbook has a topic under aboriginals and torres strait islanders as an elective ( i knoe cause i did it)...
make sure u include the effectiveness of the legal system to the individual that you are choosing
