Hi everyone,
Thank you so much to anyone who replys to this thread.
I just want to ask if anyone has a rough idea what kind of UAI I could expect with the following results. The school I go to is not in the top 120 of the school rankings.
Also please let me know if anyone knows what kind of exam marks I would have needed to get a UAI of 84?

*Ancient History; Mark- 84, Rank- 4/38

*English (Standard); 84, 3/70

*Geography; 86, 2/15

*Modern History; 82, 2/26

*Visual Arts; 84, 8/23

I would say around the mid to high 80's.

To get 84 in my opinion you'd have needed those marks but only slightly lower.

I'm pretty sure you'd get over 84 with those marks, but that depends on how well you went in the exam.

If you achieved those as HSC marks no doubt 84..

Thank you for replying. I'm not really sure how I went in my exams. I think I went okay, but if I end up getting across the board mid 70's for my subjects what kind of UAI would I expect then.
Also since most of my subjects will be scaled down, what raw HSC mark would I have needed to get 84?

That is hard to say because no one is ever revealed their raw marks and in 2003 it could be very different.

Thanks again. So there is really no way of knowing my UAI since I don't know what my raw marks will be scaled to etc.
If I do alright in these subjects and get Band 4 in all of them, will I be looking at something mid to high seventies?

Low band 4 probably not, mid to high band 4's most likely.

Yea but your raw marks is much higher because is aligned

You mean your raw marks are much lower?

After alignment they tend to go upwards.

So if I get mid band 4's in all my subjects (like mid seventies) will that be like a UAI of 75-80? or much lower. Thanks again.
