Problems with Ticket Purchase (1 Viewer)

Has anyone else experienced problems buying tix for Ambition online recently?

ie. the notice: "purchase unsuccessful" after entering all the correct details?

I spoke to James and he suspects it might be a bug in the system that will take a couple of days to fix.

Well I went to "Central Station Records" today (and they deal with the tickets online), and they said they were sold out.

Are they sold out? They were this morning, but now they don't seem to be. Answers people ...

This may seem obvious, but did you read and double (triple) check everything (click Back) and re-enter your details?

No spaces, upper/lower case, values. Make sure you have the correct credit card details on the form before proceeding.

I had the same problem when I tried online, and I know a few others as well. Could explain a lot of things.

No, they aren't all gone - no where near it!

Just hang in there a few days while they fix the online system and all should be dandy
