How is everyone doing their process diaries/Portfolios?

1) Folder with loose leaf paper
2) in bound books ie notebook or book similar to a VAPD


i have been told to do both options by different teachers and just want to see what other people are doing.</SPAN>

If it's composition, I have diary entries detailing what I did each time I opened Sibelius and recorded info and copied/paste any transcripts I wrote on Word
