hey umm we have our half yearly for ipt when we get back to school from the holidays.
now do we have to revise that. is it going to be in the test?
cause seriously i don't see how they can ask us a question on that
is the only reason why they teach that topic to aid us in our major project?

The term Project Work relates to one of the three core topic areas you have to study. It covers such concepts as:
the stages of the system development cycle
Project management
Social & ethical design

in brief its ALL of chapter one in your textbook

so THATS how they can ask a shit load of questions on that topic

your major project - whatever practical component it may have - should also have a huge theory component to it so you have practice applying these concepts
