Purpose of prose-form in Shakespeare's plays (1 Viewer)

In As You Like It specifically,
in Act 1 Scene 2 it is mostly prose.. rather than iambic pentameter form.

What is the purpose of this? When Orlando is giving his soliloquy (lines 145-152) especially. I want to use this quote but I can't think of why it uses prose form...
