Anybody out there who has done the Pymble 2003 paper?

If u have i would be really happy if u could help us out with Q20 in the multiple choice....doesn't seem to work out.

Also...what is expected if the following question is asked:

"Analyse the responsibilities managers have to society and the environment when change is undertaken in their business?"

The problem is with the use of the word "Analyse" What is there to analyse???

usually analyse would mean have a look at the advantages and disadvantages and come up with a suggestion. im not sure if that would apply very well for this example.
