i pretty much gives u the answer in the qustion

It doesn't matter what color it stops on the first time, it just depends on the color it stops on the second time.

I could of sworn it would of been 1/4 x 1/4 = 1/16 ... o_O

It is definitely (C).

Probability in first turn = 4/4 = 1
Probability in second turn = 1/4

Therefore the prob is 1*(1/4)=1/4.

Har, your response above is the probability of picking a 'specific' colour in both turns. The question didnt specify a colour, rather they just wanted the same colour in both turns.
