Find gradient of AB

Hence since they are perpendicular, you can find gradient of CN.

Find equation of CN using co-ordinates of C.

Solved AB and CN simultaneously to find N.

For 13b)ii) Do you find the integral of the top curve between 0 and 4, and minus the integral of the bottom curve between 0 and 4? Someone told me you had to slip it up :( Is this true?

I got 21 1/3. I don't think you had to split it up.
