It's brief so we can mould it in the extended response. Expensive...can't help you on that one...maybe second hand ones??

I'm probably going big on Qantas but a few others like Microsoft, SPC, maybe BP for industrial disputes.

omg, learn to do research yourself dude! The Qantas case study book is supposedly good and if you want to do Qantas as a case study, it is a good idea to buy it. Researching Qantas online is a pain because its industrial disputes have been going on for almost a decade and it is frequently in the news. If you do plan on doing Qantas, it is best to thoroughly research it instead of just relying on the book because there are constant changes being made to their ER.

Yer the qantas case study is pretty good, although it does lack several key notes but overall it is pretty good and is a great secondary resource.
