It is the most stupidest intangable concept ever. It implies some degree of having a sense of self worth or maybe even boarderline arrogance but when girls describe guys with it there's no common denominators. And why on earth does it overide attractiveness?
My friend goes out with this wanker but that's okay cause he's got 'confidence' (note his body isn't really a tank, I edited it on for dramatic effect)
