When do we gets to uses them windows boxes? 3rd year? 4th year?

They're for subjects like COMP1001 (Intro to Computing) I think.

CompSoc has recently mirrored the version of q3 which was on Alex Penev's account (with his blessing of course ); it was used for the recent q3 competition. (You all got pwned by tutors!). This version has the additional maps that Alex uploaded (eg. everybody's favourite japan map).

I have to get the address off one of my friends since I don't have access to CSE from work, but I'll post it up when I remember.

If you have any suggestions, by the way, feel free to send them to me and I can forward them to compsoc (er.. yes.. i am the vice president or something after all)

Is quake 3 single player better than Quake 2 sp? 'Cause I bought Q2 and was really disappointed; it was nothin' like the original.

I still play Q1 today and get the freaks.

Q3 was entitled Team Arena, and ditched the single player/story concept entirely.

Rather it is a 1v# type duel.
