My factors that influence individual and collective wants are advertisements produced by companies and the economies' strength as individuals wouldn't want to invest in an economy that's projected to decline. I'm just confused on how those factors can be influenced and changed through government intervention. So far we've only learnt about the economic problem, the opportunity cost and we've briefly touched on the production possibilities frontier.
