Question about Hotmail Login (1 Viewer)

Hi, i wanted to ask when i sign in my hotmail, there is a match the picture screen that appears, but when i fill in all the characters in the box and they all correct; i click on continue and then it takes me back to the please sign in screen again and again NOT my email inbox.

Any Solutions?

Go through hotmail via MSN.

did that as well, went through msn and click my email messages and the match the picture thing still goes up

Try going on MSN messenger then clicking MSN Inbox on messenger

Yeah, it's annoying. I don't know why they've put it on there, but there doesn't seem to be anyway around it. I use outlook to manage all of my email accounts, including hotmail, and that screen blacks access to the server via outlook. Don't know how to get rid of it though...

Well, that looks clean. The only thing that stands out is the MSN Toolbar - Could this be preventing you from checking your mail in any way?

Also, have you tried a different browser?

the only way i used to beable to send emails was wen i openedd hotmail in outlooks browser...try reinstalling IE...

damn i hate hotmail. every so often it just doesnt get into my inbox. it just goes to no page found.

you have to enable your cookies.

such as going to in Internet Explore
TOOLS -->Internet Options-->Privacy and lower the security setting.

Or if you have third-party program like Zonealarm, make sure you allow cookies from Hotmail
