poem presented to the audience:
- thats just basically the techniques used in the poem. i'm not sure about the techniques; but i guess u can say:
o Similes and recurring Motifs. ( it allows Margaret to chart the main links and discrepancies betweeen multi-dimensional journeys which are conveyed in the poem )
o First Person narrative ( expores the inner journey of reflection )
o Conversational tone ( conveys abstract feelings )
o Spontaneous and physological discussion.
o Descriptive
o Ambiguous Statements

those are the techniques that i have found in it. cbb'd writing out why she uses it though. Remember; the why is important as the what. as are the examples.


Contrasts :
This is just copied straight from the notes which my english teacher gave me.. if you don't mind.
"The comparison achieved by describing her immediate environment as being "endless as prairies" is connected to another physical landmark as she moves into the metaphysical realm ( representing the inner journey ) . more later. gotta go
