just wondering, if i am to transfer after 1st yr to any double acst degree, will i be subject to the new hecs charges?

what about if i transfer after sem1?

If I pay upfront, how can I pay? (cash? cheque? EFTPOS? VISA?)

VISA would be good, parents get a lot of points.
