Hi guys,

I have undertaken a supplementary exam for ECON111 on Friday. I have tried to contact relevant people regarding when I would receive the results. Would anyone know from experience when people usually receive their supplementary exams. Like is it usually at the beginning of next year or in this week sometime. Also, just a quik question, do they usually mark harder for supplementary exams since I didn't find this supplementary exam that particularly hard compared to what people thought of the actual final exam. Any answer to any of these quesitons would be greatly appreciated.

Once I had to do a supplementary at the end of the year, and I got my results for it back early in January.

Make sure you check every day though, so that you can plan your timetable ASAP.

As for marking harder, it's up to the department for that, but both times I've sat supplementary exams, I've gotten results similar to what I expected raw.

I've sat for the supplementary exam last Wednesday, but I've got my result in this morning. I tried very hard to send email to every relevant person as well, and finally it comes up.

My result is pretty good, as what I expect as well.

I think you should send them an email since last Friday (like me:haha:) , as I know the staff and most of the office in Macquice University will close from 24/12 ~5/1

Good Luck!
