hi i was wondering, what is unsw characterised by? like what typa ppl?
for eg, apparantly maq is known for international students, uts for artsy asians, etc.. so wat type of ppl/stereotypes/natios are prevalent at unsw??

43% Irish
30% African American
22% British
42% Dutch
33% American

And 2% Asian.*

But there is a goddamn lotta asians and the occasional leb and aussie.

ahahaha, i was looking at those numbers, and even with my shonky maths skills, i was able to spot the mistake!!

I don't know but you will find some indians in Engineering and I think Business subjects.
Asians overrun engineering and business.

while that may be true, im guessing most of that 2% is part of the business faculty

Well, Theres 2 reasons for it.

1) VEN diagram $$$

2) You guys will study "Complex statisitics" whereby values >100 or <0 are avaliable provided you put an "i" near them.

eg) 115 i % of people passed the exam..
or -0.05 i % of people scored 105 i%.


See it all makes sense now.

I'd just like to add I've also seen those exact statistics, so they definitely exist.


And as Omium said the values > 100 and < 0 are very possible, I study QMB so I know this.

LOL i dont remember anything from any of the stat courses ive studied...im up to econ2207....fuck...
