7(3-x)(3+x)>-[(3-x)(3+x)]²
7(3-x)(3+x) +[(3-x)(3+x)]² >0
(3-x)(3+x)(7+9-x²) >0
(3-x)(3+x)(4-x)(4+x)>0

-3< x <3
x<-4
