Find the angle of AOB => 87 i think

The area of triangle AOB is:
60 x 85 x 0.5 x sin87

24)B

i] because there's very limited information, I tried to work with what they gave us. The difference between point A and C is 75' , therefore the difference between B and G is also 75' making G =75' latitude, and we know that A is 0' on the latitude because it is placed on the equator.

75-0 = 75

75 x 4 = 300 min

300/60 = 5 hours.

ii] latitude of point B is the difference between point A and point B (going upwards) which is 70', therefore the latitude is 70'

iii] 70/360 x 2 x pie x 6400 = 7819

Sorry I know it's sounds complicated, but the only way i did part i] the way I did was because they did not give us any degress of actual points

okies here it is
it's B (30)

interquartile range refers to the gap between the 25% mark and the 75% mark. Or, between the first and third quartiles.

ie Q3 - Q1.

im a bit tired atm, so excuse the crappy explanation, and the lateness, was fb-ing

oops, how embarassing. I'll try again:

Do you see how at 600 on the cumulative frequency axis, if you go across, it meets the score axis between the columns 75 & 85. This means you have to average out these scores to get Q3.

ie (75 + 85)/2 = 80

And then, 80 - 45 = 35 (Q1 = 45)

Oh I see, Thanks a billion!

Man, I would have never figured it out like that. I just did

75 + 85/ 2 = 80

35 + 45/2 = 40

then 80-40 = 40 lol :shy:
