Why does turning a hand generator faster make more voltage? Using Equations

Confused?? Please Help

See I understand why it would generate more voltage but i'm stuck when it comes to explaining it with equations. I started with the torque equation but then I got nowhere.

couldnt you just use faradays law of induction

Torque is prevalent in motor which I think you've confused for

It's all about the rate of change of flux (see Faraday's Law). And don't forget - a falling flux and an increasing flux both generate an electric field potential.
