How do I prepare for Year 11 as a Year 10 student, now that the summer holidays are approaching?

For year 11 there’s no prescribed texts so ur school chooses them. So maybe ask them what texts ur gonna be studying next year

I'm doing eng adv, maths adv, bio, chem, business studies and physicss
honestly, i did very similar subjects to you and heres what i would do:
firstly, please prioritise rest. take these holidays to have fun because these are the last summer holidays you will get to yourself.

for english, just read your book and keep note of themes and quotes.
for math, maybe brush up on your algebra skills during the last 2 weeks (stuff like factorisation, expansion, adding algebraic fractions, indices laws etc). this is just so you can build the instinct and pattern recognition required to excel in math.
for biology you could try familiarising yourself with the organelles of the cell and their function and make flashcards of whatever you learn so you can revisit them later (anki works well for biology- the cloze mode is a LIFESAVER for biology)
chemistry module one is really easy so there's no need to worry about studying it.
physics and business studies you should be fine without studying now.

id say, biggest tip and the most important thing is DONT be intimidated by year 11. i feel like i had the mindset of year 11 being this super difficult, unconquerable year but it's really not that terrible. everybody else is adjusting alongside you.
unless you are looking into early entry, this is a year where you should embrace and grow from your failures rather than beat yourself up for it.
for me, year 11 was when high school really started and i feel like ive gotten 100 lifetimes worth of experience in just this one year, lol o_O
also, dont be afraid to contact your teachers, its their job to help you.
good luck with year 11! you've got this! 😁
