Does anybody have any hints, on what to ask job interviewers
never been to an interview or had a job that required one
any tips would be helpful thanks in advance

ask about the company and position, show a genuine interest
ask about the operations of the buisness
ask about hours, working, breaks
and dont forget pay!

ask what the working environment is like...

team environment/autonomous?
opportunity to progress through the company?
if its contract/part time/casual -- any opporutinity to pick up full time if i wanted it?

Depends what job- if you ask about pay in certain fields it makes you look like an idiot for not researching the industry standards beforehand or just for being so obsessed with the financial remuneration. And yes it'll be awkward because the HR person will have to think of something to say =P Of course if you're applying for a job at say the local fish 'n chip store then that's a whole different story.

The questions I ask are dependent on what they've told me about the place- eg. at one interview I asked "Will it be possible to gain experience in multiple divisions?"; but the one I use after every interview is "How do you think I went?"- I've heard it's a great Q to ask, and it's always gave me a good indicator of how I went.

In my country theу usually ask: education, working experience, what position and salary I want, that's it!
