To add Quick Reply to a phpBB board you need to fiddle with a few individual files in the phpBB folder, as well as copy in some new files. Firstly, download this mod from phpBBHacks.com. Then open up the install.txt file inside the mod and follow the instructions carefully. The txt file will tell you, step by step, wwhat you have to do (start from the line, #-----[ COPY ]------------------------------------------ and finish with #-----[ SAVE/CLOSE ALL FILES ]--------------------------). I advise you back up any file you modify in case you break something. Good luck!
