then for the simpsons rule we know it as h/3(firsty+lasty+4times middley) coz the simpsons have 3 kids
ummm simpsons rule is actually h/3(firsty+lasty+4oddvalues+2evenvalues)

and an easy way to remember that is FOTE = four odd, two even

for most maths formulas i just look for a pattern or something strange about them that i can laugh about in my head lol

Isn't it easier to remember (a+b)(c+d) as: a(c+d)+b(c+d)?

Thats how I remember all the muscles and bones in PDHPE, its a good method.
Sorry to get off topic but how are you finding PDHPE? I am not liking it much at all. I absolutely hated the humanity part (i.e. Better Health for Individuals) but The Body in Motion is okay (I'm into science a little more).

You?

Notes around the room does work... not that I do it much but still...

Don't you guys have tables books and Graphics calculators or something?

Ever heard of 2 pages of notes back and front for maths exams?

I don't think you need 0 and 90. Just use your calculator - because they're just 0, 1 or undefined. But you need 45, though. Or you can just remember that 0.707 is sin45/cos45.
You can use use your calculator for all the exact values.

For example if you type cos 30 you get an irrational number but if you do Ans^2 you get 3/4 which would be easy to square root in your head as (sqrt3)/2.
