Trying to find the source of this quote. I'm fairly certain it's from a HSC text book.
It's related to Nazii Germany, btw.

The quote is: [FONT=&quot]‘the army could no longer consider itself a ‘state within a state’ but had become an instrument of the party (Hitler's)’

I tried google, didn't find anything. Anyone at all know or can work it out? ^^

I had a bit of a fossick through some of my notes and textbooks, and I couldn't locate that particular source. There were a couple of sentences that tip-toed around similar statements, but nothing really close to that particular source.

Was there particular textbooks you used for the National Study? It's easier to look more certainly if I know I'm searching through the same textbook, there's so many out there it's not funny. n_n

Though I think as a HSC student you could utilise that source argument to input into an answer without having to reference to the author, although that does look better for the markers.
