Ra/Re the Sun God - Any info/notes? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone would have ANY information on Ra the Sun God from Ancient Egypt. I'm attempting my historical investigation and are having a little trouble with primary & archaeological evidence. So if anyone has anything; notes or websites, that'd be awesome! If it helps, i'm trying to focus on who Ra was and his place in Egyptian life.

Yeah I kinda gathered that... Re being an ancient Egyptian god and all.

I suppose this is prelim? If so, just check out the resources on the main page, online, the encyclopedia, wikipedia, Quirke's Ancient Egyptian Religion, etc for stuff.

If you have any specific questions or can't find anything, let us know so we can help. Otherwise, you're going to have to be more specific - noone will have notes about 'Re' because in the HSC, you do a specific period of Egypt - and do some research yourself.
