Actualy, they are pretty useful. Last year, we complained on ours about having 3 final exams in the last teaching week of uni. Now this years tourism students (sorry guys) have to have their exams during the examination period.

I guess it depends on the subject and the courses as well.

oh yeah i know they're useful for all that stuff

just i know very few people in my classes took em seriously...lol more an opportunity to vent about little things but nothng that could/would be changed

i guess its like anything and just depends on the unit and the people

That's not racist, that's fact. The Israel-Palestine conflict has been going on for the best part of 50 years (possibly longer) afaik.

Yeah i know that, but he said it with such an arrogant, ignorant manner that it was racist. There are things that should just be left unsaid.

Anyways from everyone's response that unit evaluation form seems pretty useless.

I doubt my tutor will get suspended or something like that since there only seems to be only two AGE tutors on Parramatta campus (as far as I know).

So i guess if, by chance, I get another racist tutor I'll just have to put up with it. And also the one after that and so on.....hmmm

Its funny that I read this, I did the evualation sheet for Indigenous Australia today. As far as I know, we all wrote negative things too, well I did and so did the people around me.

Hmmm... I doubt it will change things though...

its because the tutor is needed and cant be disposed of, thus hold power and thus will not change because they uni needs the tutor.
