Do you guys actually get ranked in your year 11 report?

nope.

Though, for my school, we still get the grade descriptions in Year 11 (Outstanding, high, sound, etc.) along with the % mark and in the report, it tells you how many people in that subject got which grade.
(E.g. pretend there's 40 students doing Business Studies, it could show 10 students got A, 20 students got B, 10 students got C for Business)

Not explicitly anyway. We get a box and whisker plot and if you're ranked well, it'll most likely be in the teacher's comments.
