How does the BoS take merge this information? I have heard of two theories.
1) The BoS takes your rank at school. Then they look at a person from your school who got that rank in the externals. Then they give you the mark that person got.
2) The BoS takes your school marks and modulates them. Then they average the external and internal marks. That's your unscaled mark.
Which one is correct? Thanks
