raw mark 4 band 6 (1 Viewer)

wat sort of raw mark do u think it would take to get a band 6??

raw marks are never disclosed, so its hard to say.

I presume you probably need a close to band 6 raw mark for a band 6 aligned mark. Unlike a lot of other subjects, physics/chemistry aligning isn't too great.

Heheh, you can usually tell (well i can tell you alomst exactly what i got in any maths exam), but i suppose with those bullshit answers in the new chem and phys, you can never really be certain.

true, coz maths is a different stroy altogether....

yeah, anyway in physics, the aligning is not that much...

Everyone going good, is that good or bad in terms of scaling??
I dont normally pay attention to scaling but i'd rather not get knocked for doing physics if i can do more of something else, because i find physics enjoying.

I know this has probs been asked a hundred times before, but what is the difference between aligned and scaled marks???

Chemistry last year was 81 (83 the year before apparently), Physics is similar I am told.
