anyone have a list or know what some raw marks eventually get you in the HSC?

i know last year a 94/120 (i think) got you a band 6

what does 110/120, 105/120, 115/120 etc get you?

I got 108/120 in the exam and ended up with 96. That should help, hopefully.

why are you aiming so low you fail

Besides there's no 'pass or fail' notion in the HSC. If you have a serious attempt you are regarded as 'passed'.

I'm getting bad marks internally in maths and my schools rank isn't so great. That's why I'm so worried about needing to pass maths in the external exams. Does anyone know the raw mark of a pass in the hsc mathematics exam?

Well, I do Accelerated Maths, and our teacher told us that 90/120 will most likely get you a band 6 (thats the cutoff to be able to do the HSC in year 11). He then went on to say something like aim for above 95 to guarantee it? This is by no means the absolute definite, as its changing year by year, so feel free to correct me.
