HEY Guys! Who likes the book RAw, i find it so interesting! its a COOL book, its so much better then Away set text for the HSc course.

ahah i agree i hate reading all together but raw was an interesting book ..simple n ez to grasp.
what supplementry texts are u using???
AND IS "AWAY" a set text for all 04 STUDENTS?

I really like the book Raw too. It's got a great message and it's interesting.

I'm not doing Away for the HSC so it's not a set text for all 04 HSC students baka! I think you're doing Away for Module B: Close Study of Text? For this module I'm doing The Shoe-Horn Sonata.

There are heaps of supplementary texts for Raw. Here's some:
* "Sleepers"
* "Dead Poets Society" film by Peter Weir
* "Maladjusted Boys" film
* "The Shawshank Redemption" film
* "Prisoner of Society" lyrics by The Living End
* "Gataca" film

I'm not sure how great a text the last two are as supplementary texts to Raw because I haven't studied them, but I recommend the first four. Check them up to see what you think.
