do any of u people read or use to read comics? what are some good ones u liked.

at the moment i am reading this series of more mature comics called Preacher. i use to read some simpsons comics and spiderman

ok where do i begin......

i used to be right into comics until a couple of years ago (when it got to expensive and i had to give up).

here are my all time favourites organised by writer.

No. 1 The Sandman by Neil Gaiman. About 80-90 issues that you can purchase in a series of collected volumes. A comic book about the god of dreams and his immediate relatives. An absolute must read!

No. 2 Watchmen by Alan Moore. Possibly the most influential comic book ever written. A reviosionist super hero comic. 12 issues collected in one volume.

No. 3 The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller. Batman and Superman go at it. A great read. 4 issues you can buy as a collected edition.

No. 4 Cerebus the Aardvark by Dave Sim. The first 50 issues are brilliant. You can get them as a collected edition.

No. 5 Grendel and Mage by Matt Wagner.

all comic book stores should have these in stock and some major book stores also.

that should be enough to keep you busy for a couple of days.
