Well your UAI would only be recalculated if your HSC marks changed ie you paid to get them rechecked...

When your HSC results come in the mail it also comes with a form explaining how to do that...i think you have like 30 days to do it or something...so don't stress =)

maths-81
retail-87
modern history-78

i was hoping to hit 80

You could try calling the UAI Enquiry Centre... ask them which mark(s) pulled you down.

If you do, please post back here with their response.

Mate, your subjects don't scale high and your school will probably have dragged you down. It doesn't matter if you get a few high 80s. Don't get your hopes up. Have hope. Just don't trust in it.

I had my UAI recalculated, but thats because the incorrenct assessment mark was put in, they fixed it up and my UAI recalculated gave me like 2 more points on my UAI.

but thats cos there was a genuine error

haha they tend to do that, they are good at
a) not answering your q
b) putting you on hold
c) and transferring you to weird ppl who you end up hanging up on

just wait till the info comes out in the mail, it'll be all good. Don't stress

if you go to a shit school and you do low scaleing subs you can not expect to get a MADDDDDDDD mark...

i feel for u 'madabtu'. im pretty sure u got robbed, u definitely deserve higher uai, even if u do go to a s-- scool, it can't affect it that much, i go to a sh-- scool n do sh-- subjects then u but i got uai of 83.5. that s-- whacked

Did you try putting your HSC marks into SAM? See if it gives you a similar UAI.

im nto a hsc guru but i knwo the subjects you do dont get shit scaling (positive scalign even)
