My bday is soon, i wanted to do the booking at tony romas, but they wanted deposit and knowing my friends theres bound to be people cancelling which makes my life all complicated.

So any recommendations for a decent restaurant?

under 20-25$ per head, in cbd, preferable a steak/rib house but any restaurant is rather good.

Blackbirds @ Darling Harbour, which is where most people seem to go for cheap birthday dinners, lol.

OMG.... I am in love with that restaurant. My fave by far!

Black Stump - the steak they do there is superb, but it probably won't fit your price range that you wanted, probably be more like $25-30 per person. The closest one to the CBD is in North Sydney.

Seoul Ria @ City (Just off george St) for Korean/Jap food

These are my two fav restuarants in Sydney! Highly recommend them!
