If you're in the right post code they send you a form later in the year

RET is no longer available...it has been replaced with a regional bonus...no test!!! u just need to live within the postcode range of western sydney

i did some RET test years ago, but did crap in it-cant even get into a course if i had to use it. it was multiple choice and short answer, but kinda got sick when i did it, so i didnt really care
