but there is only one slot for this on thursday 3:00-7:00

That's your tute time right thursday 3-7?(you need to select that if it's the only avaliable one), also you will see on the very right column the heading 'Select (if avaliable)', you don't need to register for the two lectures when the box says "not enabled" or is blank.
